About this app
Poker Chips Manager is a free web app that keeps track of the money side of a home poker game. You deal real cards at the table; the app handles the stacks, the blinds, the betting round and the pot — including side pots, which is where most kitchen-table games fall apart.
What makes it useful
- Nothing to install, no account: open the page and start a game. There is no sign-up, no download and no email address to hand over.
- It knows the rules of the money: blinds move around the table on their own, blinds can go up on a schedule, and side pots are worked out for you when someone goes all in.
- One device is enough: pass a phone around, or let one person run it from a laptop. It works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Why we built it
The idea came from the usual problem: someone suggests a game of poker on a trip or at a friend's place, there is a deck of cards in the drawer — and no chips. You improvise with coins or scraps of paper, someone gets stuck doing arithmetic, and the game loses its rhythm.
We looked for an app that would just do the counting. What we found either had bugs in the betting logic, was painful to operate mid-hand, or required every player to install something. None of them survived a real game night.
So we built the one we wanted.
Where it is going
Let the app do the bookkeeping and spend your attention on the part that matters — reading the table, sizing your bets and talking your way to a fold. We keep improving it based on what players tell us, so if you hit a bug or want a feature, please get in touch.
